Returns

It is possible to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our webshop. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

Cancelling order / Wrong adress

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@papacito-sunglasses.com

While import duties or taxes happen on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we do not control these charges. We try our best to avoid any additional costs for our customers by paying taxes in advance.

In conclusion: only in very rare occasions do customers have to pay import duty, taxes or VAT.
